Hi everyone! Got a new Z10 keyboard but I can't save any profile using The Unleash software. The screen gets stock on loading . Anyone knows how to fix this. Thank you for taking the time.

    Is all your hardware running at default clocks? If no, set everything back to default and try again.

    1. Remove drivers
    2. Use this to reflash the firmware to an older one:

    3. Reinstall drivers and update FW to the latest

    Thanks for the response! I haven't touch any configuration, The software will always get stock..even when trying to restore to default settings.

    Yes do that try default setting and force to close the Unleash and try again open but have you try what XrayMan if so do that because the EVGA Keyboard need older firmware first and the reinstall the latest firmware after!!!!
