Everything seems to be working fine after this update. I wasn't having any issue's with v1.0.15 though either.

This bug still happens with my Z15. Tried to reinstall but to no avail. Also when selecting a custom mode lighting (with the program on of course), the white LEDs highlighting the fn shortcuts (for example the arrows, 1 to 9, G and F12 keys) no longer light up.

My keyboard now at times stops working I have to unplug & plug back on to get it to function again. Is not all the time. latest update active

Try plugging it in to a different USB port. Maybe the one you've been using is failing?

If so,m this doesn't happen. IO have one custom profile configured. It only works if the software is open.
WHen the software closes or crashes, the keyboard reverts to the rainbow spiral.

Yeah, that happens to me as well. As soon as I close the software, down goes my configured custom mode.

You can see how well I can type with thesew switches as well. ;)
I hjave some new switches ordered that will maybe help with my typing.

I need something closer to the clicky IBM style.
I actually oirdered a sample kit from Amazon for $10 which has 14 different switches and some o-rings.

Z20 Keyboard Now stop working I unplug and plug it comes back on than goes off again. tried another usb to see if it works still does the same this started today while I was gaming. Pretty sure is time for RMA.

delete/ this KB needs a real users guide. BTW/ set you on time to 300 minutes and leave your app in the taskbar tray.

The TOS sensor effect is a bit finnicky. The Distance setting doubles as a distance in order for the LEDs to light and the distance for the keyboard to go dark. The problem is that the go dark distance can't be set at the different value than the light. I have to have mine set at 30cm or less or the effect will never kick on, ever. At 40cm I can walk across the room for hours and it still won't be off. Now, at 30cm , if I have a low Leaving time set , the keyboard will forget I'm typing on it and go dark. Then I have to wave my finger over this sensor like I'm doing a scratch off lotto ticket. The point here is that one sensitivity setting is not appropriate for the other. The go light and go dark need to be two different sliders. Its a great idea... but it just needs some fine tuning.

Can you set-up custom lighting profiles and have them stay without the app open or is that not a thing still?
Figured out a way to get around it in either case.
