Hey guys hope y all doing great! 1 year ago I bought an evga psu when I built my pc, and I got it especially for this " Quiet 2-ball Bearing fan for near-silent operation " but heck no this babygirl is really loud and I am kinda done with it .. can't stand the noise of the fan anymore. I don't know if this is allowed but Im asking you evga please if its possible to RMA my psu and get a different model , a quiet one :( . I bought it from topachat.com when I was in France. Sorry for my english and thanks for reading.

    Thanks for the reply Kevin! I will send it for an RMA then. I have a question, is it supposed to be at full speed even in idle ? I mean there are some models which have fan control , should I change something in the bios to make it start only on load ?
