I have a 3060, running in windows 10. PX1 version 1.3.0.0 installed. I have disabled CSM and Enabled Resizable BAR. Motherboard has the latest BIOs update
 
Whenever I attempt to update my VBIOS, I get prompted to update. when I click update, the window closes and nothing happens. I've tried doing a DDU clean install in Safe Mode along with a fresh install of PX1, still does the same thing, see below, Please advise

Same here. Serious Sam 4. 140ish FPS turns into 15. Also the GPU clock seems to be stuck at 210MHz in that game. When I close Precision X1, it seems to go back to normal.
Other games loose less FPS, but it's very noticeable.

• Closing Precision X1 while Halo Infinite is open crashes game
• OSD does not work with Discord open, even when Discord OSD is turned off
• OSD in general not always working with several games, especially in Halo Infinite
• No option with HWM/OSD to monitor GPU memory & hot spot temps (honestly I care more about GPU memory temps than GPU given cooling performance of my 3090 XC3 Hybrid
• No option to see or adjust Hybrid cooler pump speed, just radiator fan and gpu fan speeds
• Information Summary shows Windows 10 Home 21H2 64-bit when Windows 11 is actually installed

You have to use Precision XOC for that card. Not X1.

A few quick bug reports:

• The hardware monitor page scrollbar is not rendering properly.  You can scroll with the mouse wheel, but there's no indication of where you are in the page, nor the ability to click/drag the scrollbar as you would expect.
• The hardware monitor page does not order CPU cores properly - I have a 10-core CPU (i7-6950X) and Cores 1 and 9 end up on the red #1 dropdown, Cores 2 and 10 on #2, and then Cores 3-8 appear on dropdowns #3-#8.  There's got to be a better way to group CPU info than this.  Perhaps move all CPU stuff to dropdown #2.
• Not sure if this is a bug or a feature request, since I have not used Precision X1 before 1.3, but reordering of the graphs in the hardware monitor does not work.

Forza Horizon 5 crashes at startup screen every single time when PrecisionX1 is running. No issues when PX1 is not running.  Similar issue encountered with XBOX Gamepass App. Gamepass App crashes when scrolling over preview videos with PX1 running. EVGA Support advised me to disable videos within the App rather than looking at the issue further.
 
3090 FTW3Ultra  , 5950x, Win11.

Using Precision X1 V1.3.0 with my evga 1080ti freezes VGA gpu clock speed at 1569 MHz and memory clock at 6003 MHz, it never goes lower than that, even simply watching youtube. ( I should state that it seems to behave properly for a while before eventually climbing to the base rates and freezing. It will never go below these figures agin, as long as the pc is running.  Temps will climb about 15 degrees C during this time, ~31 degrees to ~47 degrees and fan speeds will ramp up as specked.)
 
Using V1.2.9. gpu clock speed drops to 130 MHz with memory clock at 400 MHz, as it should while watching youtube.
 
I"ve done 2 clean installs of V1.3.0 to no avail.
 
I'm on Win11, latest dev insider build 22543.
 
Edit: OK, now it's happening with v1.2.9 too, maybe a new driver is the issue???????
 
 
Edit 2 : Apparently Nvidia graphics driver 515.xx was causing problems. Installed graphics driver 511.79 and I am not having problems with PX1 v1.3.0 nor with v1.2.9. I do prefer 1.3.0 if not only it remembering where to open! :)

I thought you needed Precision OCX for the 1080ti... I may be wrong. I just know that the 1060 doesn't work correctly using Precision X1.

No, I've been using precision x since it was in development with my 1080ti(maybe even with my old 780ti)
 
As far as my issues with my clock speeds remaining at the base clock of 1569, it is happening with version 1.2.9 also, no idea why????
