EVGA Precision X FPS monitor problems

I am having problems with the FPS counter in EVGA Precision X v5.3.11 and also 5.3.1 not working at all in ARK Survival Evolved.   I hadn't played the game in a few months, and when I came back to it, Precision no longer counts the FPS.   It worked fine previously, and it works fine in most of my other DX games. 
 
I was on 5.3.1 when I first saw this problem, so I uninstalled that and my NVidia drivers and then installed the latest 365.10 drivers and Precision 5.3.11 and still nothing.
 
I do not use the OSD, I have the graphs all open on my second monitor like this.  This shows it working in the older 5.3.8

The fps graph now stays at 0 when play ARK.

    I am also having this issue. Showing constant 0 FPS, also in ARK.  I use one monitor, using the display on my G13.
