Hello, I'm using Precision X to overclock my 1080 Ti SC2 (currently +100 core +300 memory), but I never seem to be able to get my OSD to show up on any games. I've reinstalled, set key mappings to show the OSD, though none of these options have worked! It's rather annoying as I really like the OSD. Any help would be greatly appreciated. For reference I'm using the steam version which I'm 99% sure is using the latest version of Precision. Thanks.

Make sure you have the osd turned on. The osd is enabled when the osd button is lit.  Note: Picture shows the osd button in the disabled state.

Welcome to the Forum X47man You should be using Precision XOC NOT Precision X 16 on your Pascal Graphics Card.

Yeah it is on. I'm no stranger to Precision XOC.

Yeah I mapped my toggle/on/off keys and chose what I wanted to see in the OSD. I've heard the issue could be caused by Steam's overlay so I'm gonna switch versions to the PXOC on EVGA's site.

Looks like switching to the standalone variant fixed it. I should test to make sure it works 100%

Yeah that seems to have done the trick. Though on a side note my Ti runs rather hot with it's average OC. I see temps going upwards of 77C on my +100/+300 OC.

77c is ok. Max allowed temp for a 1080 ti is 91c.

You should use Precision XOC version 6.1.16 (latest as of now) instead of PrecisionX 16, as stated above, but I guess you are now anyway..Also, when uninstalling the Steam version, it's not a bad idea to delete the leftover EVGA PrecisionX folder which contains old .cfg file remnants that could (and has been known to) cause problems.
Same goes for the Standalone version.
The EVGA PrecisionX folder for Steam is located in the Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common folder.
The EVGA PrecisionX folder for the Standalone version is located in the Program Files (x86)\EVGA folder.
Create a custom fan speed curve to promote cooling.
