Golden Nugget
Introduction:
Hi, welcome to my build log. I have been wanting to build a small form factor system for a while and when I saw the new EVGA Hadron my heart skipped a beat. My original plan was to build a red and black themed RoG inspired case and then I saw the MDPC #044. The MDPC #044 was the cleanest and classiest build I've ever seen in my life. The release of ASUS gold themed mother board, and EK gold cpu blocks definitely helped my decision. I took the plunge to build a mini MDPC #044 and bought all the parts needed.

    Temps is good at least for a single 240mm radiator and really slim fans. IMHO it is very passable.
     
    Clocked at 4.4ghz core/4.2ghz uncore with HT on at 1.25v (Around 33 Idle and 75-77 on full load)
    GPU is clocked +136/+600 from stock on EVGA Precision and temps never go above 55.
     
    I unno if it matters but I live in South Florida which is very hot and humid(I tested the system when the weather was 90's highs and 70's low)..

    Sheesh yeah, that's really good. Amazing work, I'm incredibly jealous ;P Especially like that you made it happen in the Air, the Hydro just isn't as elegant looking haha.

    How were you able to mount the rad to the top of the case like that?

    I modded Scythe Slipstreams 120mmx12mm fans so that I could flush it inside the radiator.

    Looks great! I found some other slim fans that might also work, can you specify the amount of room between the mobo and rad?
