Not sure if this has been asked but I was wondering if that water block or if you were going to make one that is compatible with EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra? 
 
My Memory is getting up near 100c during gaming sessions with zero OC added to it. I would like to bring this down if possible? I run my fans at max speeds while gaming and the GPU never gets over 75c. 
 
Or should I just get EK Waterblock? Also, would water cooling backplate be useful; since heat rises?
 
I have seen a lot of people who are doing various things to the backplate to help dissipate heat, not sure a bunch of heat sinks on the backplate will help as much as water cooling would.

You probably already know, that won't fit the Kingpin, but they have announced they will have a Kingpin version. Their twitter April 2 stated, " ... Also working on Strix and Kingpin blocks, they're looking epic :) ETA 6-8 weeks for strix, a few weeks after for KP."
 
Not that I'm super stalking them impatiently, that puts their Kingpin block ETA for June 11th (Possibly May 28th). That does give you some time to get a card so good luck!!! I do expect a turnaround time on the block to be 3 weeks, so July 2. Just in time for my Bday later that month ^_^
I am stalking them tho, every morning. Yas.

Highly recommend the Optimus FTW3 waterblock. Their current in stock version is $378 and has been selling out like hotcakes for the past... every month. It's just recent that you've been able to order it on any other day then Friday. 
 

It seems they have the block in stock but not the rest of the parts. Maybe I could get some EK water block for the radiator, fans, reservoir/pump, fittings, and hose?

I personally would dig and build my own setup. I've never had a radiator though for my loops so I lack that knowledge.
P.s. With Optimus products you get Fuji Poly pads and Kingpin thermal grease, which shows you how much they care about performance. (I should be a salesperson for Optimus but I'm not)
