Hello all. My product is an EVGA graphics card I bought in April 2017. I registered the product and sent in a picture of my invoice but now I am looking to sell the card so I can afford a b-stock 1080. I want to make sure my buyer also gets the rest of the warranty so I entered the serial number into the guest rma to check how much longer the warranty is and it shows the date it was shipped but also says, Your product is out of warranty. If you have any questions, please contact  . (E12). Does this mean the buyer will have no warranty?

Thank you.

You need to contact support.  Support@Evga.com and they should be able to help you out with this.  It is probably just an error.

This would have warranty starting from the ship date. This has the -KB suffix in the part number which indicates a 3 year warranty.

If a serial number has an issue with the Guest RMA page we recommend that you contact us directly so we can assist further.

If you have a moment, please rate my service. We appreciate the feedback!
