I am just worried that when they "test lived" for a few minutes early in the morning, it that my notification won't actually qualify me. 


6:11 AM for me. 3 hours ahead of when it actually went live haha

Edit: Clarification this is for the cooler itself, not the hybrid card.

Doesn't seem like it, but who knows. Some are interpreting it as of the week of 12/7. There are still people in queue that haven't received notification to purchase, so there's an assumption that the link won't go live until those orders are fulfilled.


This is purely speculative.

OK when does EVGA ship items? My 3090 Hybrid has been sitting in Anaheim since late on the 3rd.... I bought it on the third before the 2PM cutoff for the day and since then nothing. Then late on the 4th they sent and email saying they're "Preparing shipment" "Thank you for shopping with EVGA.com. Your order is being processed at our warehouse facility, and will be shipping to you shortly." It's now almost the 6th. Is this normal??

They ship Monday through Friday excluding US holidays.  I would assume that it will go out on Monday.  Also, UPS is sometimes running over capacity during the holiday period and may not be able to pick up all of the packages that are ready to ship on a given day.  If it doesn't ship on Monday, I would call EVGA.  

Thanks. I plan to call EVGA or maybe just Tweet Jacob if it doesn't move out of Anaheim today. I don't think it's going to arrive before Cyberpunk 2077 sadly.

Then literally a few minutes later another EVGA email saying "Thank you for shopping with EVGA.com. Your order is being processed at our warehouse facility, and will be shipping to you shortly." This all happened past 9:30 on Friday, EVGA doesn't ship past a certain time and not on weekends so I'm assuming that that is the holdup. The weekend. Just sitting in the warehouse facility unmoving.😵 Has me annoyed as you can imagine lol

Did you go with the standard shipping or two day shipping?

Standard. Didn't feel like spending another 50$ on shipping. It says I should get the GPU on the 9th but it's the 7th with no movement..... I guess standard means no weekend movement. RIP. Had I known I would have just done it.

EVGA starts sending out notifies and starts shipping stuff at 9 AM PST. So 15 minutes from now. Just PLEASE leave Anaheim today! Just please lol. It would have moved if it had left the warehouse.

It is 9 am PT.  I would go ahead and reach out to EVGA customer service (1.888.881.EVGA (3842)).  They might not be able to do anything immediately it is already on a UPS truck somewhere, but it would be good to get it on their radar.  They will be better able to investigate than you at this point. Good luck!

Does the UPS tracking show Label Created (United States), Shipped (Anaheim), and In Transit (Anaheim)?  If so, it's already on a UPS ground truck.  EVGA does not send any further emails after Preparing Shipment, instead you get an email directly from UPS.  Also, EVGA is in Brea, not Anaheim.

Yes the label was created early afternoon "shipped" a few hours later then an hour later "in transit" with the last update saying "Anaheim". Wouldn't new cities be on the tracking site? Not just Anaheim for like four days?

If you are across the country from Brea, California, and they shipped by UPS Ground, you may not see an update until the package gets to your sorting location in/near your address.  It sounds like the package is a lot closer to you than Anaheim, CA at this point.  What was your original anticipated delivery date?
