I got banned for refreshing too much then when I got it back up in incognito mode it wasn't signed in. Clicked the link and it took me to the elite members info page. Logged in and they were gone.

The auto notify button is gone, it lasted about 30 seconds. Also I got the email AND its on my list.

I don't think you do; my assumption is that everybody who successfully received an auto-notify email confirmation should get an "invite to purchase" on the same distribution around December 15.
Would give us a sense of how many cards are available in this first batch and if they are all going out the same day.

Cause you missed the ship. It was only boarding for about 30 seconds (they only allowed a set amount of notifies, not unlimited, and that number was reached within 30 seconds of ~06:00:30).

Maybe less than 30 seconds - I think the window was just long enough to get one shot at it because if you had to refresh or restart, it was gone by the time you got back. That requires luck and execution perfection on our part, one misstep and it's all over
