• There are NO other benefits that should be expected by replacing your card.
• The new replacement card will already have the XOC BIOS applied to the secondary BIOS position.
• There are no expected changes or improvements to the stock running speed, boost clock, or stock overclocking on the default BIOS.
• When using the secondary BIOS, the power usage of the card may allow you to reach a higher maximum while overclocking.* As is the nature with overclocking, EVGA makes no guarantee or specific claims that owners will see an improvement to boost clocks, overclocking, or performance compared to their currently owned product.
• This offer is limited to Standard RMA, unfortunately Standard Cross Ship RMA is not available for this offer.
• Per our standard RMA procedures, EVGA will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. You will still be covering the cost of shipping the item to us.
• Per our RMA policy, you will need to return the card in its factory conditions, including reinstalling the original air cooler should you have replaced it with an aftermarket cooler.
• EVGA cannot offer an ETA on when the RMA will be approved. Once approved, you will receive an email when it is time to send in your card.
If you would like to go through the RMA process for a replacement, please let us know so we can set that up for you.

Hi Guys,
 
Got a 3090 Hybrid Rev. 1.0 and this is what I got game stable with ONLY overclocking the core +150 and Voltage +100% and Power limit 119%
I don't see the use in overclocking the memory for gaming at the moment, as I don't think any game will really benefit from it (I might be wrong)
I assume my PerfCap reason is good, as I am not limited by power, but limited by vRel and vOP
Guess my card is doing the best it can with the voltage it gets?

Well I have just emailed EVGA back as I havent seen any movement on the cross ship since my rma was approved to step 2. I haven't even received a tracking number yet and it was approved on Friday , also I'm curious if the 60$ ear purchased is next day air (Saturday delivery) how come they never do any shipping on Saturday.

I didn't expect them to ship it on Saturday and what u said is false btw. One of my previous rmas was mailed out late on Friday and I didn't get it until Monday. This one has been on step 2 since Friday morning (around 10am their time not mine) and STILL haven't even received a shipping confirmation.

A little communication from them would be nice.

I haven't seen ANY activity on a Saturday at all yet and I've paid for ear on every one of my 5 rmas now. Multiple have been shipped on a Friday NONE were delivered on a Saturday.

Main issue is they have collateral for two 1800$ GPUS from me and I can't send the original back until I get my latest replacement, if it goes past the 14 days due to THEM not shipping me the replacement I'll be pissed.

Yep, it's exactly what I got.

I didn't get this email from support even though I asked about it earlier today. I just contacted them again and waiting to see if I can get my process started. Glad to hear they are actually allowing Hybrids on this program. Thanks again for the info.

Just got my tracking number for my revised card, fingers crossed they ship the right revision this time!

Just recieved my card and it is what appears to be a new in box revision card (havent tested it yet) , only problem, they didn't send a return label lol.

You're (we're) on the hook for mailing ours back.. cost me $45 to ship via USPS with insurance.. and here I am a week later having to pay it again, because they sent me a .1 rev card. GRRRRR
 
I've emailed them asking to give me a label, but in the RMA email it does say we have to pay to get our card to them in one piece. 

This is why I do the advanced RMA. The overnight one is around $45 and it includes return label.
