Hello everyone,
I have a problem related to the built-in RGBs of my new EVGA 3070 FTW3.
The configuration of my equipment is as follows:
MSI MPG B550 GAMING PLUS
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 3.7GHz
Crucial Ballistix RGB DDR4 3600Mhz PC4-28800 16GB 2x8GB CL16
Corsair RMx Series RM650x 650W 80 Plus Gold Modular
Corsair iCUE 4000X RGB Tempered Glass USB 3.1 RGB Black
Corsair iCUE H115i ELITE CAPELLIX Liquid Cooling Kit
WD Black SN750 NVMe 500GB SSD M.2 PCI Express 3.0
I installed the card and worked perfectly, all the LEDs lit up with the rainbow cycle effect. I updated the VBIOS to be able to use the Resizable Bar technology with the "Precision X1 v1.2.1.0" software version. The card was updated without a problem. While I was using the computer I did not see any problem with the RGBs of the card.
When I turned off & on the computer again, I realized that not all the LEDs were on. Only 2 or 3 LEDs remain on, the rest remain off.
In case it was some problem related to Precision X1, I have tried this:
- Uninstalled precision software
- Deleted folders in c:\Users\xxx\AppDatal\Local\evga-folder
- Restarted the PC
- Ran DDU
- Power off the power supply for 2 3 minutes.
I have also tried uninstalling all the software related to the MSI B550 GAMING PLUS board and the EUCI software in case it could be a software incompatibility.
I have tested the card on my other computer to rule out that it was not a problem of incompatibility with the board and only 2 or 3 LEDs were lit up.
I do not know what else to do :(
Can it be a problem with the firmware update? or can it also be a problem with Precision X1 not saving rgb profiles well with that version of software and firmware?
Thanks for the help in advance!
