Hello,
Last time I used EVGA was a long time ago but in the same galaxy...
I had 2 GTX295, then 2GTX590...
Now I have 2 GTX780 Ti (but not EVGA because it was hard to find some in France at this time).
 
My goal is to continue to play on 3 screens and I plan to purchase a EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti XC Hybrid Gaming, 11G-P4-2384-KR, 11GB GDDR6, Hybrid.
 
My screens are 120Hz Benq XL2410T 
 

 
As you can see, no display port... I have DVI, VGA and HDMI (DVI Requires Dual Link if I want to activate 3D Surround but I don't use it).
 
I would use the 3 screens but sometimes, I also want to use the Steam VR Headset.
 
I think I'll have to purchase cables/adapters to play with Surround.

Could you help me to choose those cables/adapters ?

    There are only a small handful of adapters that can possibly handle 120 Hz, a quick search on here will find the latest thread.

    the 2080ti can handle up to 4 displays at once so you will be fine with that. however the specific card you are looking at from EVGA is currently sold out as far as I can tell here but then again you are in france so I don't know if it is for you or not.

    The vast majority of DVI to displayport adapters will not run 120hz.  Only 60hz. 
     
    Some monitors can do higher than 60hz over HDMI, but many older ones cannot.

    My monitors go up to 120hz but I think only with DVI D Duallink.
    I did not find disply port to dvi DVI D Duallink in amazon (the only service that could deliver cables in time).
    After the crisis, if I'm still alive, I know a cable reseller that can provide me what i need.
     
    To play Raceroom, I think 60hz it's okay... Keep in mind, I actually play on 3 screens with a 780 Ti 2ways SLI and it's good enough for me but it crashes often.

    be warned that the longer the cables and the more adapters there are, the weaker the signal will be until you get nothing at all.

    Yes but in my multimedia room I use a 10 meters cable between my Acer Predator laptop with a GTX980m and my Acer predator projector, it works very well.

    alright well then i was going to explain how I know but to make it short, 10m is well within the standard signal range for most cables such as HDMI cables. anything above 15m and you will need to get a signal booster on it or it will not work correctly.
