Hello forums,
I just got a RTX 2070 Super FTW3 P/N: 08G-P4-3277-KR, when i run a benchmark it seems to clock up to 1995MHz-2010MHz on its own. I thought the boost clock was 1815MHz? I downloaded X1, installed new drivers (431.60). Rebooted and ran a benchmark, at first it was stuck at 1605Mhz Then i enabled boost lock would stick at 1815. Now when i disable boost lock it will hit 1995MHz pretty often when benchmarking. After this started i uninstalled X1 and reinstalled it. Rebooted and unplugged power for 20 sec. Is this normal?

This is Gpu boost working as intened, there is no problem with your card running at that speed!

I received mine yesterday. It works as it should. Mine goes to 2000Mhz on stock. As it should. :)

Turbo boost automatically overclocks you GPU depending on multiple conditions like Core temp, power limit, core voltage etc.

It's always nice seeing higher clocks on top of the guaranteed advertised speeds.  It's not always the case but when it does happen, it's always a nice addition.

Use this Associate Code at your checkouts or follow these instructions for Up to 10% OFF on all your EVGA purchases:

Hey guys, got one of these cards with the Dark 299, seems to run good, but the bios switch just left of power gave me thought.

It shipped with the left position, but I heard if I switch to the right position, it clocks higher or I can use higher power target.

When I have power limit slider all the way on X1, 3dmark demos cant complete.

Any idea? I have a 1000 rm ps and 7820x intel. at 4800 mhz.
