EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 FTW3 ULTRA GAMING - LEDs not working

Hello, 
 
I recently purchased the EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 FTW3 ULTRA GAMING, 8GB GDDR6, iCX2 Technology, RGB LED, Metal Backplate, Graphics Card 08G-P4-2277-KR card, it is running fine as far as I can tell, PX1 shows it all connected and it is running and performing fine however i have no LEDs lit up whatsoever.
 
I have tried fresh installs of PX1 and running as administrator with no success. 
 
I have attached some screenshots of the PX1 as i see it.
Info screen shows;
 
Display Device: GeForce RTX 2070
Display Driver: 431.60
Bios Version: 90.06.2e.40.d8
Firmware: 49.f9.74
Firmware: 2b.f9.74

    Try uploading a file with no spaces or blanks in the File Name.

     
    Try a PX1 Clean Up.

    Did you try hitting 'apply' and than saving the profile?  Might want to try that or it could be a loose connection to the LEDs.

    Maybe the card needs an mcu update. Contact evga for assistance with that... https://www.evga.com/about/contactus/

    Tried the apply, save etc. Yes.
     
    Could you explain exactly where the LED contact is so i can specifically check it? I've made sure the card is seated properly.
