Just installed the new EVGA 1080 Ti Hybrid, started looking around where to change the white EVGA Hybrid label.... No such luck. I am dumbfounded! Come to find out, no RGB, just white! $800 for a card and that is the only option these days? Was excited to get away from the white label on the 980ti Classified. Lesson learned. I should have looked before I leaped.

That's why I kept it simple and went with a black/white theme.... my RGB lights stay white 100% of the time.  I'm so glad the EVGA Hybrid logo is white... and not like... that green GTX crap. Bravo EVGA.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N9X6TFQ/Cut it to size and stick it on. Instant red light (warranty still valid and everything). Note: I haven't tried that exact filter tape, but you should be able to find something that fits your exact needs on Amazon or eBay.

Maybe a little more cost effective option: Most music stores that sell stage lighting will have "Gel" sheets that are placed over spotlights. No adhesive, a rainbow of colors available. A good music store will sell you a single sheet or a dollar or so.

I only use white LED inside PC.
Long time I had blue LED during 2007-2008 than Red LED short time and now I use only White LED.
White LED is standard and it's good because they used white LED for their cards.
I could confirm, or at least that's me, white not become monotonous after some time as Blue and Red.

I hate Europe price, really. But you like TITAN Xp more probably. TITAN Xp cost 1200$ and look as 1200$, he shine really. I must admit. In first moment I didn't like Pascal Founders Edition, probably because I saw from wrong angle or I don't know but after some time become really nice refresh.

It's funny how everyone complains about rgb lighting, but in this case it is better than being stuck with a single color. When used in moderation rgb lighting gives creative freedom, and can enhance a build.

Isn't the 1080 hybrid a FTW card? That's why it's RGB.

With the SC2 and icx technology, the fans are handled separately. The radiator fan is controlled by the gpu core and the blower fan is controlled by the VRM temps. Check your arm temps. Fans usually kick on at 60c when controlled by the temps.

Ok thanks for the reply, yes I was testing an old game @ 4k max with 8Xaa. for a good bit, gpu is around 55C, and the vrm was putting some heat in them, but in the end, the fan never kicked in. I just wanted to see if anyone can confirm this, interestingly enough, my 980ti hybrid TWINS, vrm fans always kicks in, never stops, lol, I know, 2 different cards. I tried to check the vrm temps within precision X, I don't see any sensor options to click on.

What part number is the card you have? Need to make sure do that you don't get the wrong info.

PS your radiator is upside down...tubes should be at the bottom (Per EVGA install instructions) That being said, is it ok to run the rad in the orientation long term? I didn't understand why the tubes needed to be at the bottom of the rad...
