Hello, I am happy with my GPU since August 2016. I was a bit annoyed to hear the burning events but there was no problem, the temperatures were low.
But now the temperatures are starting to increase. I did not understand the problem. Low airflow? New pieces I changed? Or is it the NVIDIA update yesterday?
I changed my CPU cooler. Old one was Cooler Master Hyper 212X and the new one is Noctua NH-D15. Also CPU cooler is super cool my CPU.
After updated NVIDIA driver to 390.65..
Temps:  Before;
GTA5: 60-65 C
PUBG: 65-75 C
Path Of Exile: 55-67 C
After;
GTA5: Started at 50C after 5mins 60-65 after 10 mins 70-72 C
PUBG: 70-75 C
Path Of Exile: 65-72 C

An important note: I have it but I didn't apply Thermal Pad Mod. Because of my temps were low.
If i need to apply thermal pad mod; Which one do I need to use? Thermal grease sent by EVGA? Or Noctua NT-H1 Thermal Compound?

What should i do? Is there any problem?

Update: The hot air comes from the point  (arrows, GPU) the case warms the glass very much. Is the air trapped inside?

Computer Specs;

    Your temps are still ok. The change in temps are most definitely coming from the cpu cooler change.

    Thanks for reply. Is there anything I need to do about fans? Will adding the 2 fan joint be beneficial to me?

    2 fan joint?

    Free 2 fan slots  available on the top. would it contribute? I think it will blow out the incoming air.

    Don't know. Wouldn't hurt to try it though.

    2 fans at the top blowing in would help the gpu cooler.

    If your case has enough opening blasting it with a bunch of intake air would push the heat out through those openings.. which would be a good thing and keep dust down.

    No actually it wouldn't. It would only evacuate any cooler air at the top of the case before it has a chance to flow across the GPU and even may negatively impact the CPU cooling performance. Gamers Nexus did a lot of testing and showed this to be the case in a lot of the current case designs. You want the air the case intakes from the front to flow though the case and out the back and over as many components as possible before being evacuated form the case.

    To help his current setup simply adding a 120mm fan lower in the case cloiser to the video card will help it breathe better and lower it's temps.

    I said top fans intake... as in blowing in cool air directly at the gpu cooler.. not exhaust.

    Yes another fan blowing in from the bottom up to the card would no doubt help.

    I'd have a shroud/box that would extend from the front of the case to the card so I could have the fans blow right up on the cpu and gpu.

    A great air cooling case for hot vga cards is that air 240 case.. made by corsair i think. Has dual fans thst blow right up on the motherboard and card.

    Are you using the default auto fan for the gpu? If you are create a another gaming profile and put a set fan speed around 50% and your temps on the GPU shouldn't go above 62c. Nvidia's default fan speed is terrible and bumping it up to just half will dramatically lower temps and improve GPU performance because you'll boost higher. This has been a thing with Nvidia GPU's for like a decade now. When you aren't gaming just select the standard auto fan profile again so zero fan noise. You can assign keybinds to these profiles as well.

    I'm using manual. Always %50 if more than 68C i put %55 or %60 fan speed. I never raise more.

    I pulled the exhaust fan on the upper left to the upper right and changed it as an intake
    now down 1-2 degrees.

    While the other brands are 65 C, why on Evga 75 C ?
    I know there is no problem even if it is 75 or above. But the system is warming up. The case tempered panel hot like a hell...
    I found the definitive solution. Sell and never getting the same brand again.
    Evga must be found a new cooling solution.
    The products are good quality but not effective.

    Also i have GQ 750 PSU. Fan is very loud. If i open eco mod, yes fan will stop but the sound of sizzling comes.

    I would definitely do the thermal pad mod had a 1070 FTW and did the thermal pad mod myself using the included thermal paste lowered temps close to 10c overall on idle and at max temps before would get into the 70's before thermal pad mod at max temps under load and lower 60's after pad mod definitely worth investing the time doing it and not very hard to do
