Is anyone having trouble with getting the DGTuner software to work? I keep getting "Can't find USB HID Device!". All the cables are plugged in (USB 3.0 and 2.0). 
 
Never mind, fixed it. One of the USB 3.0 cables came off the front panel.

OP, what do you mean one of the usb came off the front panel?
I have the same error you did but all 4 usb ports on the case are working for me.
