Brand new CLC360 unboxed/installed Sunday 11-8-2020, 3 days ago. System crashed during a Fire Strike run. Upon reboot the Flow Control Software did not detect the CLC Pump. Pump and fans are running on the last profile but Flow Control won't execute, fails with popup Error CPUWB not detected, Flow Control software application fails to initiate, tried multiple reboots same error. Unplugged pump USB connection and uninstalled Flow Control software. Rebooted, Reinstalled Flow Control software and rebooted again. Plugged in pump during reboot. Opened Flow control, received same error/no pump detected, application failed to start. Will change out USB cable this evening after work but if that doesn't fix the issue I'm in uncharted water. This is my second CLC360, my first has been running for nearly a year with zero issues. Anyone know of a fix or have had this happen? No USB connection in Device Manager either.

i would contact support for a replacement. Before i removed mine from my system i was able to use NZXT Cam or HWinfo to monitor liquid temps and fan speeds. Might be worth a shot. A friend that had one said that he reversed the usb cable at the motherboard and when he flipped it everything worked and he swore it was correct prior to checking, Also make sure the fan header is set to full power in your bios You have some great hardware might be better off going custom loop. The Evga CLC 280mm was one of the worse products i have purchased.
