Hey
so i got this cooler 2 monthes ago, and i was too lazy to deal with its loud sound. Tried using EVGA AIRFLOW app and it didnt work (it tells me Device not found)
i went to the Device manager and i found this

the motherboard i got is ASUS TUF Gaming  Z490-PLUS
tried pluging it in the "usb 2.0" (i think) and i tried to plug it in the "AIO Cooler"

in the bios i can change the settings ( one mode lets me controll the fan speed, and other mood doenst let me change anything.) but after lowering it form Bios it didint help
if the app atleast is working so i cant see what is going on ..

Are the fans the sources of the noise? Also, how have you mounted the radiator?

Get the latest Flow Control (2.0.11 as of now) in EVGA Downloads -> Other Products -> Closed Loop Coolers.

    Install Visual C++ Runtime Redistributable.

Try setting Q-Fan Control for the header to [Disabled] in the BIOS.

Set the Fan/AIO header to 100%.

You may have to swap out the fans, the EVGA fans use brute force and well when they have to kick in or really start pushing air they get a little loud. Also what might help is adding pull fans to help with displacing heat.

Also everything Bob said is a must with this unit, I had to figure that out on my own.

tried the latest one - didnt work
tried doing some stuff in the bios and controlling the fan from there .. i was able to change from "DC" ? to "PMW" ? am nto sure that that is bit the silent mode didnt help
i tried doing it manualy and putting a check on "fan off" (i think this means that the fan will work when the heat reaches 50 ) did that for all 3 fans .. didnt work.
lastly i dont know what mode i used cause the bios i had is confusing but one of them looked good to me in the graph i dont know how to explain it but it looked like it was going to make the fans go gradually higher with the temps of the CPU and reaches 100% when the CPU is on 75.
also i tried unplugging the usb cable on the pump while running to hear for windows sound ( the one like u inserted a flash ) i gave me a sound but still the same problem in the device manager.

If your MB can control fan speed based on the CPU temp .... place the radiator fans on the MB or a fan hub connected to the MB

probably the easiest way to gain total control of the fan speed .... monitor your Temps until you are sure it is working correctly

Cool GTX beat me to the suggestion. Would definitely try it on the motherboard. If not, record an audio clip of the noise, upload it to Youtube or Google Drive, make the video public, and send a link over to support@evga.com so we can look into replacing the fans/CLC.
