Hey there guys I have just recently bought one of the newest Evga 3080 ftw3 ultra and as u get it started the middle fan goes to a max rpm without setting up the fan to auto or manual as it only sits to 0%  but the middle fan forces itself to a max rpm and also without the fan control my GPU TEMP on idle will go to 80c it just overheats itself. I need some advice or a solution on how to fix this issue. Ill be attaching some pictures if the issue.

    Have you inspected the card to make sure all the fan cables that plug into the pcb of the card are fully seated correctly?

    Thanks for replying Sajin!! And I just took it off my computer and had a look and everything is in place and properly plugged in.

    Gonna need to rma it if the issue occurs on both vbios.

    I had this issue and after a few emails back and forth I ended up having to RMA the card

    I have never RMA a product before. How long does the process takes and how do you RMA a product exactly.

    As long as you have have the card registered to your EVGA account there should be an option to open an RMA and that will get the ball rolling. Otherwise just email support@evga.com

    I'm in Australia so my card had to be shipped internationally, but all up including initial emails, sending the card for testing, the actual testing, a new card to be shipped, and that card to arrive at my house, would have been about 3 weeks all up. I was only without a card for 2 of those weeks so in my opinion, and considering the stock levels, I thought that was very fast.

    What kind of RMA did you use? is it the standard one?
