So I'm trying to attach RGB 8 pin cables to an xc3 3070 but the problem is that the EVGA female 8 pin adapters are inverted from most GPU's so the cable can only come from the top. But I need it to come from the bottom (The cable only bends one way). Does anyone know of a mount or short cable I can twist to invert it?

Looks like they are still facing the same direction though. I'd really prefer something that's on the front rather than the side though. So far I haven't been able to find anything.

EVGA power plug orientation matches most GPUs, cards that have the release tab on the backside of the GPU are the exception and "inverted" from the norm.
 
but no you can't use the power links (they physically don't fit due to the cooler size/shape), and you can't invert the plugs on the powerlink (that would flip pwr/gnd and likely result in some magic smoke).

Nah, the evga cards 8 pin female is upside down from all the other 3080's I've looked at. 

Well, sorry, all the other 3080's you have looked at are freaks.  The way EVGA has them installed is the same way that video cards have have had them installed for decades.
Why some manufacturers have started flipping them over, I have no idea.

i just checked a couple of 3070s.  asus.  msi.      it does look like EVGAs are reversed.  they have the tabs pointing towards the backplate and EVGA is flipped.  interesting.  

Vice versa.
The ones with tabs facing towards the backplates are the ones which are flipped from any other video card made in the last couple of decades.
