I tried multiple stuff already but it still doesn't work

    I tried downloading the game ready driver but it still had an error so then I tried downloading the studio driver and the screen turned black

    Best bet is to test it in another computer and see if you get the code 43 there as well. If you can't get the drivers to reinstall though, it's probably going to be the card.

    I don't have another computer. This is my first time building one

    First thing to check is to make sure the GPU is fully seated in the slot and the PCIe power cables are are correctly installed.
    Give us some basic system info.
    Motherboard
    Power supply
    Operating system.
    Do you have CSM or fast boot enabled in the BIOS or fastboot enabled in the OS?

    Code 43 can mean a lot of things...
     
    #1 Fauly card.
    #2 Fauly pci-e slot.
    #3 Registry corruption. 
    #4 Card not receiving enough power.
    #5 Corrupt vbios.
     
    Did you use DDU (Display driver uninstaller) to clean out your old drivers before reinstalling a freshly downloaded set of drivers? If no, give that a try.

    Yea me too likewise, we could use more info if we knew all he has, MB, CPU, make, apps. BIOS, etc.

    Windows>System Information. If you have Gigabyte apps installed they will interfere with the GPU. I need a list of those apps. Control Panel>Programs and features, read the list. If it says Gigabyte anything let me know what it is. I have a Gigabyte Aorus Xtreme Z390 with a i9-9900k in it, it died a couple years ago. So I know, OK.
