so I was wondering If you guys could confirm my scores In Heaven Benchmark 4.0 points to somewhere? Is It crap or normal? 

 
The thing Is I've been looking at official results of heaven benchmarks and this score you see mine at 1080P Extreme which I had set as well was the same as 1080 cards.. Seriously?
 
 
I never thought my card could be this broken or Is It?.. I was even playing with some clocks and I ended up with +900 Memory clock +150 Core clock and else stock power limits etc. managed to jump a little bit with my scores but still compared to those on website I dont have much hope now.

 
All I wanna know Is If theres someone with the same gpu or can confirm my results are **** or calm me down :) :( Even my temps were 75-76C max ..

Resizable BAR: Enabled
Bios on MB Is newest same as chipset for this ryzen.

HEAVEN is more a CPU benchmark these days than a GPU benchmark it's so old. Try running a more modern benchmark like 3DMark (there's a free version) and report your scores. That said I don't see anything out of the ordinary and your temps in the mid 70s also look fine.

You look to be above the average which is pretty good. You could try running PX1 if you haven't and see what it says the overclock should be but really most overclocks don't result in that much in real gaming but is still worth getting since it's free.
