3551 (3050 XC Black, queue 3.0) is available outside queue for the first time today! Its queue is complete! (Link does not have an associate's code)  Also, I only report a card as in stock if it wasn't in stock before in 2022. Not if it's in stock "again".

So I have another issue as a Canadian customer.. I got a GPU queue notification and took advantage of the limited time offer of "free shipping" for EVGA Elite members. However, they've shipped the GPU to Canada to me using "UPS Standard" instead a slightly more expensive service such as UPS Worldwide Express (which was quoted at around $37 when I was at checkout). During checkout there was no way to see the "Free Shipping" service level, otherwise I would have just paid for UPS Worldwide Express. UPS Standard incurs astronomical entry preparation brokerage fees, often far higher than UPS Worldwide Express Shipping cost itself. ie. for example $200-350 value is $57.30, $750-$100 is $85.85 (Google UPS US Canada customs clearance fees). Then you have to pay the additional $10 bond fee on top. What is the point of offering Canadian customers free shipping if EVGA is going to select UPS Standard?? We should have GPUs shipped to Canada with UPS Worldwide Express for free shipping. We'll end up paying more in brokerage fees than if we had just paid for UPS Worldwide Express upfront ourselves!!! Come on EVGA this is terrible customer service.. to save a few dollars on shipping on your side, you are costing me far more in total fees.

Lol.. little late to the party aren't you? I started tracking publicly waaay back when the 3000 series first launched in 2020, then the spreadsheets got hacked and Enewt quickly took over and I was shut out after months tracking the queus on my own  ..but finally the queues are coming to an end and supply appears to have caught up for most cards, so I'm not really sure what the point is if you're tracking the same info that Enewt and Kram36 are already tracking in this and other threads - the same info that anyone can just go click a link to see the current in-stock cards at any given moment. Seems kind of pointless. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ..unless you're just trying to get associate code clicks of course - everyone would like more of those to ease the pain (certainly me - per my previous post! lol), but there are heaps of threads for that already too lol.

September/October 2020: 3/14 (21.4%) November/December 2020*: 0/7 (0%) February 2021: 1/2 (50%) April-June 2021**: 9/15 (60%) January 2022: 8/8 (100%) March 2022: 3/6 (50%) * This doesn't include any Hydro Copper cards** This includes the Hydro Copper cards where premature signups from November 13, 2020 were honored All 2.0: 13/38 (34.2%) All 3.0: 11/14 (79.6%) All RTX 3000 SKUs: 23/52 (44.2%) EDIT: Accounted for 3663, which completed the queue, but didn't get in stock yet.

Not sure where to post this but i ordered my card from Ontario Canada the other day, and UPS is extorting customers here, 120$ in brokerage fees.... with elite membership free shipping, I'm actually paying more money now than just going to Canada computers and purchasing one from them..... i was hoping after a 10 month wait on a wait list i would be saving a few dollars... and if not for the crazy brokerage fees i would have paid about the same... but instead I've paid 1426 (cad) on a card that i could have bought at msrp from Canada computers 1300~ after taxes Breakdown - card was 892 USD with associate code, after conversion to CAD it was 1156×1.13 for taxes = 1306 Ups brokerage added 120 ontop of taxes bringing total to 1426.... Canada computers had the same EVGA card at base MSRP of 1149.99.... buying from them would mean taxes on that cost 1149.99×1.13 = 1299.48 How does this work? I am sorry to hear about the UPS Standard Brokerage Fees. It is a ripoff... I heard you can clear the item through customs yourself but it will require you filling out forms and taking it to a CBSA office. I too seen the Elite member free shipping option for the RTX 3050, but decided to pass on the purchase. If you chose the UPS Expedited it would have cost you $34 USD instead. EVGA should at least warn their Canadian customers of additional UPS brokerage fees during the checkout process.

Chainsaw, I got the same email from UPS wanting me to pay almost $100 in brokerage fees in addition to taxes before they will deliver the package.. it's such a scam and UPS knows it, pure profit for them, costs them next to nothing to brokerage the package across the border. There have been a number of class action lawsuits on this very issue over the years. You can clear the package yourself if you are near an inland CBSA office in Ontario. I'm in Toronto and there are two offices by Pearson Airport. Just call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) Option "3" (brokerage and duties) and let them know you wish to do "self accounting" on your package with a B-15 form and want them to send you the documentation for that, including your commercial invoice. (NOTE: Do not say "self-clearing", this means you want to appoint a different 3rd party broker on your behalf at the border using a B3 form instead of UPS.. you are actually self-accounting by paying the taxes directly to the CBSA, not technically clearing it yourself) Then you take those docs to your local inland CBSA office, pay the taxes and they'll give you a stamped B-15 form which you send back to broker [at] UPS . com, then they will release the package and deliver to you with no additional brokerage fees. It's a hassle which they are counting on the vast majority of customers to just suck it up and pay their outrageous fees vs going to an inland CBSA office in person and getting your paperwork stamped. You can google for more details, but it's straightforward once you know what to do. EVGA should have just used UPS Worldwide Express for Canadian customers re: free elite shipping (brokerage fees are included) and then we wouldn't have to deal with this..
