It seems from what I've read here that I could not have picked worse options, and had I just went with FTW3 instead of XC3 I'd already be a happy owner of a 3000 series card. Is there anything I can do at this point? In all reality, I'd be OK with a wide range of models, but there did not seem to be any way to indicate that with the queue system as it stands.

3881 has had no reports in 30 weeks.  3885 is actually the slowest card with consistent drops.  Here's what my linear estimtates say:
 
3885: At the "overall" pace, you won't get the notify until 12/31/2057 4:37:36.  Even when I use the fastest single-week movement (20 hours and 34 minutes of signup time from August 27, 2021 to September 23, 2021) to stack the deck in your favor, it just gets you 08/08/2024 18:31:02.
3881: At the "overall" pace, you won't get the notify until 02/19/2596 10:16:23.  With the pace of the fastest single-week movement, it's 11/08/2050 7:52:48.
 
My recommendation is to aim for the newer cards.  Though the 3080 12GB cards are available without queue, they're pricier than 2020's 10GB version.

You are essentially out of luck on those two registrations. That’s the bad news. The good news is that some models are periodically “in stock”. So…keep an eye out on the current status of the stock of the 30 series here: 30 Series on EVGA.com.

3989 had no drops in 18 weeks, only moved 15 signup seconds since April 15, 2021's "Tranche 2 Launch Drop", and my linear estimates aren't that good with the historical data on my spreadsheet.  Even stacking the deck in your favor with the fastest movement gets an estimate of 07/23/52047 23:19:37.  That's not a typo, that is about fifty thousand and twenty-five years from now.  To get a "favorable" estimate, I basically had to "cheat" and exploit a time when signups were closed (from November 13, 2020 to April 15, 2021).  It got me 04/29/2021 19:43:16, but that's completely unreasonable given the graph's line.
 
As of now, all 10 Hydro Copper cards (including K|NGP|N) are out of stock, and only the 3080 Ti HC and both 3080 12GB HCs have completed their queues.  If you still want 90-series performance, aim for a 3090 Ti or a 40 series card when they're announced.

Has anyone made any headway into deciphering the breakdown of Queue 3.0?  There doesn't seem to be that many reports from the 3050.

Newegg Canada has all kinds of RTX 30xx series cards available now....as does Memory Express and Canada Computers even Best Buy.....guess its time to retire this Thread ;)

There are still 13 SKUs where people who signed up in 2020 still haven't gotten their cards. And 3971 (3090 XC3 Black) remains the only queue 2.0 SKU where no one reported any drops ever.

Cancel the queue and go and purchase a Card.......I certainly wouldnt sit in some stale mate queue when there are planty of Cards available.

Don’t cancel the queue (sitting in it is zero obligation) but definitely continue to check other channels.

Have a 3080TI FE I stumbled on at a best buy a few months ago and threw an ek waterblock on just wanting the 3090 for the memory mostly

So did they just stop making the 3755 and 3783? Have not seen any movement ever 😢

 
Sadly, I don't anticipate huge drops in either of those coming anytime soon. 
 
In other news, yesterday I caught up in person with one of my oldest friends for the first time in two years. It was a wonderful time. Over lunch he asked how my daughter was doing...one of his children who had started the lockdown in his early teens had not fared so well (quit sports, changed friend groups, discretionary time almost completely devoted to games (and bad ones at that)).... I responded that I thought my daughter had managed the isolation pretty well...but what do I know...she's now addicted to F1, the Drive to Survive Netflix series and Minecraft FanFic. In all seriousness, it reminded me that I need to check in with her more regularly and redouble my efforts to get her in-person playdates, meat-space experiences and -- frankly -- Vitamin D.  I hope your kids have all faired well (and, frankly, better). 
 
Just one additional report on the 3897 overnight...otherwise...a pretty quiet period. And given that six SKUs have remained "in stock" for approximately 24 hours, it feels like we are finally turning a corner...ebay may need to lower their estimates for the quarter.  As of 9:55 am Thursday, the 3797, 3955, 3967, 3987, 4865, and 4877 are "In Stock Now" and do not require a further wait in a queue; you can also check on the current status of the stock of the 30 series here: 30 Series on EVGA.com.

It’s odd that the 3090 ftw3 is available, but the hc version still hasn’t moved que position in almost 8 months.

I don't think it is that odd...EVGA said from the beginning that the HCs would be in short supply.  I stupidly didn't listen...and am still waiting for the 3090 KPE HC.  

3060, 3070 Ti, 3080, 3080 Ti, 3090, so only 3050, 3060 Ti, 3070 are not in stock. I think 3060 Ti and 3070 have the best performance/cost

This seems to be good news on the price front.  As I understand it, there is/was a 25% tariff on GPUs from China.  I think EVGA modestly increased prices after a short time.
