I would be really surprised if the 3080 Ti hybrids and hydro coppers drops become an every week thing...they certainly weren't for the 3090s and 3080s.

More HCs feel likely this week, if only just a straggler or two.

I got decent positions for the Hybrid queues (8ish) but I really wanted to get into the HC queue. For some reason it was always landing me on a "failure" page when it should have added me to the queue. Finally around 11 am I tried again on a whim... error. Tried again immediately and it went through. D'oh! 7:41:47 for 3967 though, very encouraged by the progress today. I wouldn't be surprised if it slows way down though as they get past their launch day cards and into a thicker part of the queue due to the website actually working... Does anyone know if they space out their release of cards to avoid overwhelming their shipping department, or do they notify all the cards that are on the shelf as soon as they are ready?

I’m so pissed I couldn’t get in till 8:23am PST. Not sure how everyone else got in, it’s kinda bull**** TBH. The 7:40’s haven’t moved yet? Wow I’m seriously not impressed. 4000 series will be out before I get a damn card.

Hey, at least you know you’ll get one eventually. Your odds are better in this queue than anywhere else.

My sense -- total speculation, but based on watching it closely -- is that for launches, they will often split their inventory over two or three days (so as to not secure orders when they won't have the ability to get the box out to UPS that evening). But after that, the daily drops of a given sku tend to drop as a cohort all at once on that day. In other words, if on a given day you see reports of a particular sku being dropped to the queue but your inbox is bare, it is highly unlikely that you will get an invite email for that sku on that day. I hope that made sense.... I expect that we will get 3070 Tis that drop to the Elite registrants on both Thursday and Friday this week...but that it won't move the timeline too far...from what I can gather, EVGA has made further improvements to their site stability...beyond what they had in place last Thursday. I still think it highly likely that the site falls down for a period of time, but I doubt it will be as long as it was on 6/3. In other words, I expect the 6/3 3070 Ti queues' timelines to start in the 6 am hour and not the 7 am hour like the 3080 Tis last week.

The only shuffle I won was for an AMD 6700 -- and then I realized how big of a rip off it was! Still hoping, eventually, I'll get one through Newegg... Newt -- thanks for the update, that is helpful. In fact, thank you for everything you've done in helping people here -- I enjoy reading your commentary every night!

I really hope what you're saying happens on June 10th. What are the odds for Non-Elite members, then? That queue starts on June 11th. Will the way EVGA splits inventory make Day 2 orders viable or not?

Unfortunately for the non-Elite, I think this new 24 advance sign-ups for Elite means that Non-Elites are left out in the cold. The bottom line is that if you aren't signing up the morning of launch (in the case of the 3070 Tis, June 10 at 6 am PT), you aren't really in the game. Elites who sign up late on June 10 are looking a months of waiting...Non-Elites who sign up at 6 am on June 11 are looking at an even longer wait....

Does this surprise you? That's kind if the point of an advanced queue. They are giving priority to their prior customers (which will likely drive long term brand loyalty) at the expense of prioritizing new customers (which will likely affect their market penetration). The only real scandal here is that forum spammers are also allowed in the priority queue.
Code: R3PB6P4EUTU6SGADon't forget to use an associates code at checkout for a discount. (3% for GPUs and up to 10% on other items)

Thanks for the kind words and the consideration re using the Associate’s Code for your purchases; both are appreciated. I hear the Z590 is a solid choice for an Intel motherboard. Best of luck on your watch!

Thanks for the kind words. Congratulations on the 3080 FE. Other than for the non-mainstream Kingpin cards, I don't think creating a self-reported timestamp list is helpful...there are too many folks who don't report and thus the incomplete picture of the queue almost does more harm than good...in my opinion. That's why I prefer to track time...days, hours, minutes, seconds...as that metric has a complete set..."they aren't making more minutes...." Both ways are imperfect, but I feel like time is the better measure....

When the GPU gods bless me and it is my time to turn to purchase a GPU, I intend to use your associates code during the checkout process. Is there any limitations to do that as an associate myself? Would I have to leave the associates program prior? (I only singed up in hopes maybe it could give me a leg up in the future and as of now have no pending transactions)

Associates cannot use an Associate’s Code. Neither theirs or somebody else's. It is a binary choice...be an associate and get a code for others to use (so you get EVGA points). Or don't be an associate and use an associate's code for your discounts. Before you leave the associate ranks, note that it is a one way exit...you cannot rejoin the associate ranks. EVGA does that to prevent folks from gaming the system (using another's code and then rejoining...).

@enewt, thanks for all you do! Seeing real data takes away a lot of the despair! Here's my 3967: 12G-P5-3967-KR 6/3/2021 7:32:01 AM PT I got my notification at 10:04 yesterday (7 June 2021) morning. Unfortunately, I was travelling, so I missed my window. I emailed them, not expecting good news, and to my surprise, I got my notification again this morning at 10:25! You can bet I got that order submitted post-haste! I would never have gotten one battling bots on 'Zon, BestBuy, etc. This queue system, combined with their reputation for customer focus has earned my business for everything I can give it to them for. I just wish they did AMD motherboards. My 30% off elite code (the wheel was good to me), combined with enewt's associate code got me a $449.40 discount, so $950.59 before shipping and tax. I don't mean this to rub it in to people who haven't gotten theirs yet. I just want you to know that you have hope.
