i got my notification for the 12G-P5-3967-KR being available for purchase on june 23rd and my package was delivered today with the beautiful 3080 TI.
think my time stamp was 9:03 (an elite member family member made it for me)
first graphics card ever that will go into my first computer build ever!!!

Got to: https://forums.evga.com/FindPost/3415242, which is the post right above yours BTW, and click on the NA or EU, which ever applies. You can then check for yourself where the queue is presently with the last invitation to purchase notification. These summaries are updated almost daily.

I have the direct product links and the auto-notify links (thanks enewt!), but it seems that all reference to the 3070 Ti cards has been removed from the EVGA Website. (?!) At least, when you choose from the left menu Products > Graphics > Geforce 30 Series Family, the 3070 Ti is no longer an option.

Anyone else notice the sneaky product change this morning right before the notify time. 3955 3080 Ti XC3 Ultra that we thought would be the card priced at $1,200 disappeared and this base model 3953 3080 Ti XC3 Gaming shows up and is the card the is up for notify and priced the exact same as the ULTRA. Meh yea they can keep it with that shady crap. Starting to be like ASUS, MSI, and Gigash$t with that slide of hand nonsense!
Nothing but a hassle today with tabs upon tabs of access denied. These notify's keep getting worse. Dunno what attempt to make the site better IT is doing but I think they are going in the wrong direction.

really had higher hopes for the elite queue system... unfortunately with how easy to get through the 100 post or twitch channel stuff it really cheapens what was supposed to be a value and all of a sudden we are still competing against millions for the supply.
Combine that with the fact the people enter every single queue even if they dont need a card because they can resell it for profit makes me feel like its nearly impossible to get a card...
crazy that you can try for months, and have absolutely no success, and yet there are people getting multiple cards from queue system
