I don't know how he get them, the queues in eu are quite slow vs us, i am living in Poland, but for sure i will not buy it from him.
That's why evga reduce the possibility to 2 cards only, but it's 1 too much yet.

 
Betting he got them from the US, maybe through a 3rd party even.

Too bad for me.  Got the notify for 24G-P5-3987-KR  Thursday.  Straight up was closing on a mortage Friday and you are not supposed to make any big purchases right before home close or you risk not getting funded.
 
I emailed CS hoping they can make an exception but I am preparing for disappointment.

I hope everybody had a good weekend. Ours was decent. enewt jr. and I got in some good Valheim work. Her -- even more ancient laptop than mine -- doesn't render at a very good distance, so we set up next to each other so she could crib off of my screen when necessary to see where the mobs were coming from. At times a difficult experience, but -- let's be honest -- any gaming with your offspring that doesn't involve Roblox, Minecraft or Fortnite is a fantastic experience (at least in my book).  (I cannot wait to assist Sid in getting his Civilization hooks in her...hell, it's how I learned to love world history.)
 
So, depending on when EVGA locks down the "no more than two queue registrations" limitation (they did not specify a time, just a day), from that point on...just the two registrations are operative (and therefore folks will be limited to no more than two 30 series from the queues (b-stock is not subject to this limitation as it is not part of the queue). For any given SKU, once all of the remain operative registrations have been serviced by EVGA (i.e., EVGA has sent them "invite to purchase" emails for the applicable SKU), it is then -- to the extent that SKU is still being manufactured at that point -- that such SKU's auto-notify button will relight and additional registrations for that queue allowed. To be honest, I doubt that many 30 series SKUs will reopen for additional registrations (I hope I am wrong).  
 
Regardless, it is Monday. There were significant drops on Friday so we may get some decent straggler volume today. Tempering that knowledge, however, is the open question of whether EVGA holds off on drops today so as to cleanly "lock" the two queue limitation in place today (so that there is no question about whether a drop today counts against the two registration limitation or doesn't). I will ask for some clarity from EVGA on the actual lockdown timing and update this should I get any official news.

Folks who purchased cards last week -- i.e., in advance of today -- those "successful" registrations do not count against the "no more than two" registration cap. As I understand it, the limitation is operative as of today, October 11.

..our first step was to close the notify queue until we can fulfill them. Management team then took an extra step to prioritize those that have not received a card versus others who have been able to get multiple GPU’s.
 
Today we are going to make the following updates:

1.    The queue system will be rolled back to the previous rule.

• Anyone who missed a card from Monday, October 4th, will be notified on the next release.
• EVGA will continue to send notifies through October 8th.

2.    In order to get cards to gamers sooner, please go to the notify page at https://www.evga.com/community/myNotifies.asp and keep only the top two cards selected that you would like to purchase, and remove the others.

• On October 11th, 2021, the system will only lookup and send notifies based on your two oldest entries.
• Going forward, the queue system will only allow for two 30 Series notifies on the current lineup.
• EVGA strongly suggests to keep the FTW3 ULTRA or XC3 ULTRA models due to consistent supply compared to limited supply on K|NGP|N, HYDRO COPPER and HYBRID due to supply constraints.
• EVGA is also going to be adding SMS verification to the checkout process for all notifications to catch bot orders.

3.    The queue system will not be turned back on until the current queues are fulfilled.
4.    The checkout window is 20 hours from the time of notification released.

EVGA appreciates your feedback to continue improving the queue system to deliver 30 Series cards into as many gamers hands as possible.

I didn't think we could use another's associate code since we couldn't use our own (which makes sense I guess). Wonder if EVGA will let me apply sometimes after the fact.

Weird. Must be an error in their system. 

looks like its related to the TOS for the associates program when I tried to add my own it said because I was already I member a code couldn't be applied so I assume that meant an associates code couldn't be used universally if you're part of the program.  I emailed sales since I'm not sure if I cancel my order if I essentially screw myself with the place in the queue.
 
Edit: Just received a reply. So I'm confused how people are applyings others and its working then.

You are already an associate member with an associate code to give to other whom will receive a discount. In return you will receive EVGA Bucks rewards. You would not be able to use an associate code to receive a discount when you are already an associate member.

If you are an Associate member yourself, you cannot use someone else's code to get discounts on your own purchases. You have to choose: either be a part of the program and have a code that others can use to get discounts and you get a few EVGA Bucks whenever someone uses your code, but you you can't get discounts on your own purchases, OR you choose not to be a member of the program and then you can use others' codes to get discounts on your own purchases. You can't have it both ways. Also, if you choose to quit the program, you lose any EVGA Bucks you had been awarded already from the program, and you cannot join back up again ever.

No; no change since the "roll-back" from last Tuesday. EVGA gave folks until this morning to reduce to two registrations.  Purchases via the Queue through last Friday (stretching into Saturday, I guess...with the 20 hour window) were in advance of the two queue cap lockdown (which happened this morning).
