looks like its related to the TOS for the associates program when I tried to add my own it said because I was already I member a code couldn't be applied so I assume that meant an associates code couldn't be used universally if you're part of the program.  I emailed sales since I'm not sure if I cancel my order if I essentially screw myself with the place in the queue.
 
Edit: Just received a reply. So I'm confused how people are applyings others and its working then.

You are already an associate member with an associate code to give to other whom will receive a discount. In return you will receive EVGA Bucks rewards. You would not be able to use an associate code to receive a discount when you are already an associate member.

are they making any 3090 other than ftw3 ultra? trying to decide which sku to keep along with HC kingpin. I no longer have ftw3 ultra on my notification.  All the notices are from early Jan which I realized I probably won't be getting any of the 3080s I signed up for mid Oct last year. 

XC3 Ultra HC. It seems they are only making Ultra SKUs. And on top of that, they are only making FTW3 air cool variant and XC3 HC variant.

So people who already got one 30 series card from evga trough a notify will be able to get 2 more cards or 1 more?

I've been in the queue since Jan and haven't got anything yet, hope I can get a GPU...

Reminder for this weekend: Please reduce your number of active 30 series Queue registrations down to no more than two by 23:59:59 on October 10 or EVGA will lock you in for your two "oldest" outstanding registrations (for SKUs that may not ever drop to the queues again). EVGA has also offered further EVGA guidance on which queues to consider retaining. For those that are having trouble reducing their active 30 series registrations down to "no more than two" by the end of October 10 due to EVGA.com website issues, I hear that logging out, clearing your cache (including cookies) and then logging back in (along with an unhealthy dose of control-F5 not seen since the F5 battles of 2020) may -- and I stress the word "may" -- resolve the issue for you. If it doesn't, webmaster@evga.com is likely your new best friend. 
 
This weekend is your last chance to reduce your outstanding queue timestamps down to two active registrations. Best of luck making those last hard decisions.  
 
I've got work calls for most of the evening tonight, so any late reports will make it into Monday morning's EVGA Queue Summary.

I am deciding which notifies to delete from my que. If my two oldest notifies are for the 30 series, and I have a few newer notifies of 16 series, how does that impact things? For example, if I get an invite to purchase a 16 series before a 30 series, will that mean I will not get a notify for a 30 series?

Only the 30 Series notifies are affected by this policy.  16 Series card Notifies are not queues, just a notification when it is in stock and you still have to be the fastest to the webstore to grab one.

3797 is relatively close, and so at the least I need to drop one 3060ti from in front of it.
 
Don't know which of 3667, 3755, and 3783 to keep.  But I am far out on all of those so maybe it doesn't matter.
 

My picks, above.  3755 is moving pretty fast, so it may likely win over the 3060Ti's... and that 3783 card that isn't moving too well.
 
If you decide to keep a 3060Ti, pick the one you want since they are moving around the same pace... with maybe a slight nod to the 3663.  Comparing the two, 3663 is smaller and requires only a single 8-pin power connection, but will likely run warmer and noisier.  The 3667 is built on the 3755 board, but with one less power phase and the 3060Ti chip in lieu of a 3070 chip.  It should run cooler and quieter, clock higher, but requires 2x 8-pin power connectors.  Your call.  (my pick would be 3667, unless you have space or $$ limitations).

To be clear your original 3897-KR notification should have changed to a 3897-KL notification some months back UNLESS you "opted out" of that change.  At the time, EVGA was warning folks against opting out because they did not anticipate a lot more 3897-KRs would be produced. This commentary is for the North American queues...not sure what is going on with the EU queues.

It is irrelevant how many 3000 series cards you purchased prior to 10/04/2021.
 
From 10/04/2021 onward, everyone is limited to 2 purchases of any 3000 series GPU, and after that you automatically go to low priority mode in the queues, meaning anyone who has purchased less than 2 cards since 10/04/2021 will get priority over you, even if they joined the queue today and you joined the queue 6 months ago.
 
Also note, if you currently have a bunch of cards on notify, EVGA will only consider the 2 that have been waiting the longest, all the others will go on low priority by default. It is recommended you delete excess notify queues beyond 2 cards, and also it appears more likely you will be successful if you stick with Ultra model ICX cards. The Hybrids and Hydrocoppers are apparently less likely to see much movement, along with non-Ultra cards - although there are no guarantees this will always be the case, so choose wisely.
