I was only part of kram's list, so it won't match to a specific entry. Honestly, I was aiming for the hybrid, but I didn't get in that queue till substantially later. Can't beat the opportunity to pay near MSRP for a FTW3 3080 Ti in this market, despite MSRP being unreasonably high. Longing for the days when $1500+ was only for multiple flagship GPU orders.
 
Anyway, just happened to catch the email by chance. Wasn't at all expecting such a jump in the queue. Keep checking your email once a day so you don't miss out.

wow I'm 34 sec away from a 12g-p5-3967-kr.
 
Not sure what to do since I have a 3070 on the 3080 step up (1 month away).
 
Should I sell my 3070 and keep the 3080ti despite the LHR (mining sometime), but playing 1440p and 4K.

Yeah I hear ya.  I feel the same way about the 3080 Hybrid.  December 10th signed up.  5 minutes away from my time, it was moving fast recently then died all of a sudden again.

04/03? But how? I applied for the 3657 on February 26 and still haven't received any purchase notification. 
 
Edit: I see now it's for the North American queue. I guess it is impossible to get one in Europe.

Costs of the 3080 Ti FTW Ultras have come down on ebay as well which is good. Not much of an incentive for scalpers anymore to sell on there. They are selling for $1800 but when you realize ebay takes a 12% to 14% cut... why bother going through all that trouble.

Correct, but also the 3080 TI isn't that great of a value for most people given the steep increase in price from the vanilla 3080.  For people that wanted a 3090 but couldn't get one, they make sense.  Anyone wanting a 3080 is still left high and dry for the moment.

yep not to mention if they ship with insurance there is hardly any profit on alot of the ti cards other then the magical msrp models and even then it would be slim
