EVGA 2080ti FTW3 MEM2 and MEM3 temperatures

Hi Guys, I know this has been debated for so long but I wanna double check this. Today I received my RMA card and I am a little dissapointed with the temperatures. After a few minutes playing anything in 4k 3840 x 2160 resolution, the MEM2 and MEM3 sensors are showing temperatures around 90-92°C, I know the safe operating limit is 95°C but anyway, this is my second 2080ti ftw3 and in regards to the thickness of that cooler I somehow imagined better temperatures. My case is the Fractal Design Define R6 and I have three 120mm fans in the front pulling air in and one 120mm blowing air out the back.

    What is your fan speed at? I would personally set it at 100% for 70c, 79c on an FTW3 is abnormally high, unless you're living ontop of a volcano.
