Anyone know if new 2080ti Blacks are still using the non-A chips or are they all A chips now since nvidia supposedly stopped making non-A ones?

2080 Ti Black is always the non-A Chip.

If you want the 2080 TI black with the A chip...you specifically want  11G-P4-2282-KR.  If you search around, you can still find them.  For some odd reason, EVGA doesn't sell them on the website anymore...

Alternatively the higher clocked cards are not that much more in my opinion if you want to pursue that option.

Odd spec on that one.  A-chip but only 1% higher boost clock.  Sounds like it was $1149 at one point, vs the $1199 XC Gaming.

That is why I mentioned the small price difference. Paying just a bit more may be beneficial.
