So far mine is great but it cannot go over 116% on the OC Bios.

Known, but unfortunately ignored by EVGA problem

I mention this cause the curve overclock don't work on pxoc anymore.. been broken for many releases now.

Hi
Yes, I also noticed that the curves in XOC do not resume quite correctly.
Could you tell me what this has to do with? Of EVGA in the future I plan to fix it, there is some information?
Until recently I too was much easier to perform all the operation to disperse the cards in the AB. It was while in my presence, there was only one 1080 FTW Hybrid. The curves properly regulated and preserved for later restart the operation, while I can correctly control the fan PWF through the AB. Now I have the system unit in addition there were 1080ti FTW3 Hybrid and the fan itself PWF AB can not now that through cooling curves. And can't even monitor the fan speed. Monitoring of the temperature sensors of memory and power is not important for me, but what about the PWF regulation? The card itself will control them with the BIOS? But then I have no way to set manual a more aggressive cooling curve?
At the moment, the ease of adjustment and monitoring in the AB implemented much more ergonomic. If not for native management of fans FTW3, I would actually forgot for a while about XOC.

Whats the price of this card in USD? If I just bought my 1080 FTW hybrid, can I do a step up program for this in the near future?

I'm in Europe and I did a stepup from a GTX 1080 within the last 2 weeks. Make sure you have registered the card on the EVGA website. Read this carefully:

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

x58 board, yes x58, EVGA classified as well.. shut up, don't judge me, will not allow or flash my 1080ti FTW3, every time I attempt, yes with protect off, it stops responding when I hit yes a second time.
