Hello guys,
I'm about to buy a secondhand EVGA 1070 ti SC Black Edition but when I received this picture from the owner I've got a bit worried. The current owner claims that the card is working fine but I think it got overheated or something with all of those dark spots on the pcb. Does this card look healthy to you guys?

Regards.

Almost looks like finger prints and the former user was a smoker maybe? A good sign is the tamper tape is still on the heatsink screws. The GPU does not look abnormal to the eye. I think seeing the condition of the fans and the cooler would be more indicative of use and care. If they are relatively pristine and clean, odds are the GPU was not abused. You ask questions and examine like you would any expensive purchase. One small picture, does not inform us that much.
