One of the reasons I miss my FE. The Hybrid feels lighter than the XC3 I had previously, but sags a lot worse, so need a bracket like above pictured ^^

A chopstick coupled with EVGAs included bracket works just fine with 3080Ti FTW Ultra

I tried a support for a while, but noticed it was making my temperatures worse so had to remove it.
No clue what I'm doing, but having fun trying to do it!

I use an bracket, not a stand fan.
The brackets usually bow a bit in the opposite direction to support the weight.
I was once told Im a Karen tho...so don't mind me.

I use a GPU bracket which I was able to mount on my motherboard. (Lian li anti sag bracket)

I have yet to have used a support bracket for any GPU. That is with or without FC waterblocks as well. Maybe a slight sag. If a PC isnt being moved and/or transported frequently, I cant see much use for one.

I used the same one only on my 3070, but today, I'm putting in a new 3080 so I'm glad I got it! These cares look big and heavy enough to make me think it needs to be framed in with 2x4's like a window!

I don't use a bracket with my Strix 3080. The 3x power leads come over the top vs from underneath and the bit of tension keeps it straight
