Ya I check the website periodically everyday (sad i know) and I seen that the new models were up there was no queue. I went to the forums and there was no mention of it yet so I figured no queue. I looked at all the cards and nothing was open. Checked 30 mins later since new items showed up and saw this thread and a queue was open but closed when i looked. oh well.

Does anyone who makes it into the queues have a job that requires them to do a job? These queues are getting unreal.

The 3080 12gb was “released” Jan 11th, so not “really new” anymore, since it’s been 2 weeks. But yes, this is the most recent launch.
lmao i was talking about the new models added (hydro / hybrid) didnt see them earlier today. checked again and saw all the new models (no queue tho), the only one with queue was the xc3 which i have set a notification for 1/25/2022 11:15:13 AM PT and went here to post so others could hop in

Ah, that makes more sense when there is context to go with it. I think the spec/product pages were added but not opened for the queue. Hopefully “soon” for those that want them.

Well kind of glad I didn't get in the queue. I really want a 3090 variant but need to wait for the 40x0 series before I go nuts trying to get one.
Its awesome your guys at EVGA will honor the few that got in the queue.

Are there alerts for when they go live?
There's really no mechanism for us to do this via our website. We can post on Twitter or social media, but we can't really send out a quick email to our very large customer base. Emails have to be sent in batches to avoid spam filters, and this can sometimes take the better part of a day or two, depending on where the customer is in the email queue. Although there would clearly be some people thrilled to get an email notification soon after we send it, there would also be plenty of people who wouldn't receive a notification until very late. Best way is to follow our social media and the EVGA Forums, but there are also some third-party sites and media channels (like Reddit/Discord) that keep track of when things open up.
