Do you get a new card in a sealed retail box with all the accessories ? Or just the plain EVGA box with a card in it ?

What kind of product will I get?All Step-Up replacements are new. There are limitations to what products are available to Step-Up TO, these are listed below. The reason I ask is because I RMA'd a card within 30 days of purchase and was told i'll get a new card as a replacement which was true but it came in an EVGA box with no accessories .

Looks like someone messed up. You should get a new retail box with accessories and not the brown box without accessories.

All RMA's will use the brown box for your replacement and if you are within 30 days of purchase you should receive a NEW retail box for your replacement. If you can email pictures of the white stains to support@evga.com , we'll be happy to have a look. It's more than likely simply leftover flux from the manufacturing process, but if you're concerned about it, we can definitely assist.
