Y'alls air movement game is weak.

1200 cubic feet per minute of positive pressure air flow.

Wow. What sort of temps you getting ambient and GPU under load on the lowest setting?

Ambient temps = 72f (22c).  With my fans at lowest setting, my 3090 FTW3 Ultra sits at about 62-66c under full load for 2 hours, overclocked +50mem +110core. When I crank the When I crank my fans to 100% on the case, I'll hit 55-58c, with 60c being about the highest I'd ever see. At the highest setting, its super loud and literally blows things around my desk and my office. I mostly only use it for bench runs. When gaming I set it about half speed and it isn't very loud and provides stellar cooling. The 38mm thick fans create insane pressure. The amount of air they move is unreal. You can put a sandwich in tin foil on that 2x4 behind the tower, right behind the 3090... and keep it warm. ;)

That's awesome thank you.

Just joining into the fun conversation. Whether you choose negative or positive airflow, keep in mind that all your fans CFM ratings are listed at maximum fan speed. Therefore, fan speed setting will also affect your case negative or positive airflow. If your intake fans are running at 10% speed while your exhaust fans are running at say 80% speed , even if you have 3 intake fans and 2 exhaust fans, your system may end up having negative pressure rather than positive pressure. I suppose you can use the fan laws to estimate the the CFM at various speed of each fan and set them accordingly to obtain your case negative or positive airflow goals.

You may have to also take into account all the meshes, dust filters, and hard drive cages that may restrict some of the airflow. If you do want to do a deep dive, you can get anemometer to measure that actual airflow of your case fans in various position and conditions.  Very interesting topic indeed.
