Hello,

This is my setup :

CPU : E5-2699 V4
MOBO : EVGA X99 Micro 2 (BIOS ver. 2.08)
MEM. : G.Skill Trident Z 3200 128gb kit (4x32gb)
Graphics : Acer Biftost Intel Arc A770
Storage : WD NVMe SN850X 2tb (C drive) running Windows 10 Pro
Storage : WD Red Plus HHD 10tb (D storage/backup drive)

My question is : I had an I7-6850K as CPU prior to the upgrade to the Xeon chip.

Now, the Trident Z RGB software won’t post. In task manager, I can see the processes (Gamer.exe and hid.exe) using up 3-4% of the CPU, but nothing. I went on G.Skill forum for some help and they mentioned to enable “DRAM SPD Write” yet I cannot find it in the bios.

Help please !

Thanks,
Angelo

Please email EVGA at Support@EVGA.com so they can possibly help you

If you have already hunted the options under the RAM tab in BIOS screen, I'm not sure where it might be

Make sure Fast Boot is Off in BIOS .... because you made hardware changes
