I'm really doubting the legitimacy of this one. Paid entries(channel subscribers) absolutely dwarf anything else and it mentions the winner being announced on his twitch which makes me believe the whole widget is simply a ruse to begin with. I've seen way too many fake giveaways using the gleam widget in which the winners aren't listed on it.

It's a well renamed "Twitcher" with good amount of Followers (72,519 to be precise at this moment), using the paid premium and not the free version of Gleam, who stated that choosing the winners will be live, I feel pretty confident of it. But there is always a chance to be fake, mostly if you see the Gleam Giveaway without a picture, a person without followers on any of his/her social networks and so on.
 
But again, everything can be possible.

Couldn't agree more.  I'm not a fan of the social networking requirements.

Well the idea is promoting and increasing the EVGA Social Networks, it's not forcing anyone, if you want to have more chances to winning it there are some rules and some ROI for both sides, it's like saying "College is forcing me to study", you want something and some procedures have to be done to achieve it, you can always quit.
