You need to get on promotions sooner rather than later. There's always only a certain amount of keys that they can give out. Just can't wait too long.

I just bought a GTX 1080 Ti (11G-P4-6390-KR) on March 15, 2017 but when I go to the promotion page at http://au.evga.com/articles/01080/Prepare-For-Battle/ I don't have the Request button at all. Under Collect Your Code, I get this message in Red, "[style="line-height: 1.8;"] YOU HAVE NO QUALIFIED REGISTERED PRODUCTS." Is there any reason for this. I have already registered my GPU and uploaded the invoice. I don't know what am i doing wrong here. In the past it was very simple. I registered, upload my invoice, hit the request button and 2-3 business days later the code would appear. But this is the first time I am having issues. ::Bump:: No replies yet!! not even from the WebMaster or Forum Moderator or one of EVGA_Tech guys. Please help me out!! I received an email from SuupprTW saying they will be fixing my issue pretty soon and that was April 4th 2017, 11:21PM.

Well my card shipped on 4/17 and I got my card yesterday and there is no codes. none was emailed to me...etc. What gives? I bought it directly from EVGA :-/

Well, this is stupid. I bought the EVGA that comes with the Mass Effect: Andromeda game code for my son's computer and it won't give me the code because he already has the game. I planned on using it on my other son's computer that has an EVGA 960 in it. It also does not come with FOR HONOR OR GHOST RECON: WILDLANDS even though that product code shows it is eligible.

I pre ordered a 1080ti ftw3 from Evga, it's now shipping today to the UK but it's saying the offer is closed. Have I missed out as I can't register the card until it arrives.

My code is currently pending when I clicked redeem for rad rodgers, wildlands/for honor and superposition. The card was purchased on a different account, but the intention was to register it on this account. I uploaded the invoice from the other account. Should I just wait and see what happens? Some people said they got their codes instantly. Resolved my issue with Customer Support. Gotta love EVGA.

EVGA, your support for Australian customers is an absolute joke. Taiwan either don't answer their phones or reply to my emails with very confused information. When I call EVGA US, although they are more helpful, they simply direct me to Taiwan who are no help. How exactly do I get my key for Ghost Recon? Do I need to upload the invoice generated automatically by the EVGA website? Surely this is done automatically as I have purchased through EVGA directly. Some help please.

All I can see is "YOU HAVE NO QUALIFIED REGISTERED PRODUCTS." So although I have uploaded my invoice, which was generated by EVGA I might add, I still have no way of requesting anything. I have multiple friends who are in the same boat in Australia. Get it together EVGA, what a confusing mess.

I am also experiencing this. Have uploaded all material, registered card and am simply presented with the text "YOU HAVE NO QUALIFIED REGISTERED PRODUCTS.". No button visible anywhere to "Request" codes etc. I'm confused as to the time difference here as well, are you referring to the upcoming Monday (22nd of May) or do you mean the Monday just gone (15th May)?
