Probably a driver or hardware related issue:

Open task manager and take a screenshot of everything running. It make take 2 or 3 pictures if you have a lot running.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

Cool GTX
Would confirm all your drivers are up to date.

http://www.glarysoft.com   (free version) will scan your system for out of date

X58 had a memory adjustment in BIOS to use the RAM in a certain way -- can't quit remember

Check this old X58 thread https://forums.evga.com/FindPost/81651

Interesting stuff about OC and BSOD --> worth a once over

Thanks for the links again. Also I went into my bio's and loaded defaults to clear out any messup's that may of taken place. Once i reset the only things I changed was Boot Order, and switched to AHCI mode.

Btw , I thought this might give people a better look at my bio's if i took a few pictures of the settings. Something might pop out at someone with a better understanding of that part of PC config. I'm still learning lol and tweaking my main rig without a back up worries me.  But here is my Bio's pictures Let me know if you see anything out of the norm. The only thing i can see weird is the memory Freq, at Auto 1067, my Vengeance Ram should be at 1600mhz no? and the Latency's are off from the spec's on corsairs tested for 9-9-9-24 while mine are at 8-8-8-20.  But other than that big stand out I'm kinda clueless on the other stuff. SO here are some pictures.

PC HEALTH..

MEMORY FEATURE

FREQUENCY/VOLTAGE CONTROL

Hope this helps you help me :) ty

Def Manually set RAM timing and Voltage -- as marked on RAM aka 9-9-9-24 --> voltage should be on sticker also

Memory Low Gap --> that is what I was thinking about --> try On, instead of Auto -- if Manual RAM settings fail to help

Hey, I was messing with Ram settings and put them at 1600mhz, and changed the timings to the 9-9-9-24 but when i did that the Voltages spiked to 1.70 in the controller. Now I felt it was safe but i wanted to see if the PSU was still stable at 12v.. It wasn't It kept swapping back and forth from 11.96 to 12.01-.03.. This is just in bio's with no real load being put on it. Would this narrow it down to a faulty PSU, Because the Memtest came back clean on all 3 sticks.

Also there is no " On " Setting for the Memory Low Gap, just GB settings up to 3GB. Not sure which to try. But everything is back to defaults at 1067 settings for the moment till i get a word back on the PSU. ty!

Recheck and make sure the memory timings match the DIMMs requirements and make absolutely sure the DIMM voltage also matches.
