Changing led color without the EVGA precision XOC ?

Hi
 
Can I change the color of my 1070 FTW without the EVGA precison XOC ?
 
I don't like it becouse ATM I can't run it. I have like 20 errors of D3x.dll
My Windows 10 is updated so I don't know why I c'ant run it....
 
So can I use an other software for my leds ? I have already Oc my GPU with MSI afterburner.

    Pretty much. Precision XOC & X1 are the only ones that will be able to change anything.

    You might be able to do what I did for my 2080ti. I installed Precision, set the LED to what I wanted then uninstalled Precision. LED sync stays installed and keeps your settings. I then use Afterburner for OC, fan settings, monitoring etc.
