The new sleeving (and build as a whole!) looks great, in the second pic of the most recent update especially. It's a shame Enermax braids yellow into the stock sleeving though.

I was doing some experimenting with some colors other than just black and red for sleeving, but I imagined this combo and decided to try it out since it was very hard to picture what it would look like.

Bernard17 really like this build, but dont think the white sleeve accents work for it. just seems like too much, just opinion Sorry but I have to disagree (respectfully of course! ). The white accents, IMO, add a unique mix to the build, help compliment the white frames/bare metal HS, and let's face it - look awesome. That said, there are still a couple things I'd change. First thing that comes to mind is the PSU text behind the "Project Lotus" etch. Notice in the last pic how distracting it is with the acrylic in front of it, comes out as crowded in my eyes. Naz, do you think you could cover the enermax text with some black tape and take some more pics? Just a friendly suggestion!

Hmmmm, maybe you can have another piece made and have the back side painted black and have the etching cut through the paint? Just a thought???

LOL even though i know your swamped. Man just saw the updated pics and saw that you updated the rig w/ red/black/white sleeving which was what i was going to do on my next X58 build (those are my favorite colors together btw). Man that build is one of the best builds ive seen. I'll usually build my own pc but damn if you ever sold it LMK.

Thing is, I'm aiming for the transparency a little, but good idea. I wonder if a smoked acrylic would look better? Well, smoked acrylic usually comes as extruded acrylic. It's the cast acrylic that makes the etching white. Perhaps you can spray paint some transparent gray paint??? if they make it? I'll make a piece and show you what the smoked would look like this weekend.

I forget, it wasn't long because I put the bit rate low as hell and the video originally was small and crap to begin with, need to get a good HD pocket cam soon. I don't mess with it too much to give you a good answer, but sometimes it still takes long if I do a high- bit 1080p video.

Nice rig! How was the foam installation done? Was it difficult and how did you know where to cut?

kotori Nice rig! How was the foam installation done? Was it difficult and how did you know where to cut? It has a sticky side to it, all you have to do is measure out your cuts and just use an xacto blade (a fresh blade helps a ton). I did it the fast way by just taking the motherboard and lining it up on the foam, line it up good and cut.
