I don't understand your goal. When the card can't be shipped to your location, then why you wanna buy a card? You can buy it I thing but then you need to search for a location where you can deliver the card.. makes not much sence for me

In Russia you will need to buy EVGA products from a retailer/reseller in Russia. However, stock of video cards is zero in the majority of European/Western European countries.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

Why is it 3x overpriced?  Is that MSRP or scalpers? Or bad currency exchange?

If you can find any stock in some European countries that are willing to ship to Russia that is the only other way of purchasing I can think of.

You are more than likely going to get a counterfeit card of out China. I wouldn't take the chance personally.

    Ryzen 5600X
    EVGA 3070Ti XC3 Ultra
    Crucial Ballistix 3200Mhz

I wouldn't recommend buying it from EVGA, it's likely they wont ship it to you. Aliexpress video cards tend to be legit if you know what to look for, but the problem is the prices, which are still crazy inflated

I mean buying from evga queue.
Like I can buy it with shipping to US\EU adress and ask an intermediary to send it to me.
But can I pay it from my russian credit card (mastercard for example)?

I understand that they doesnt ship in Russia, but I can ask an intermediary to send it to me in Russia, still cheaper than buying in local\EU stores.

order it then ship it to someone outside of Russia. then have them ship it to you. i guess that would work but would cost you a lot more money.
