I wanted to purchase a new power supply because of the promo. I just purchase a new GTX 2080 at best buy but I don't need 1000 Watt power supply, I just wanted a small power supply  650Watt because it's cheaper $29.99. Is there a way for EVGA make it available?  I really don't need 1000Watt purchase.

I don't think you read my message correctly. I have the code but I wanted the smaller 650W power supply instead of the 1000Watt and 1600Watt power supply they offer. They don't offer 650Watt power supply if you have RTX 2080.

I purchased the EVGA T2 1600w on Black Friday from EVGA hoping to use this combo deal with the 999.99 2080ti Black edition model, as I have already ordered the xc/xc2 hydro copper waterblock as well. Power supply was listed at 179.99 at the time. 
 
My question is: if I am lucky enough to score the black evga 2080ti next time it is listed through auto notify, can I get $30.00 off the T21600w power supply purchased on Black Friday? Or do you have to buy the gpu first before the power supply to initiate such savings?

I want to warn users who need to decide between ASUS and EVGA Graphic cards in Europe with plans to install waterblocks.
Before some time ASUS show new warranty police where allow customers to install waterblock.
You must check in your region, because there is a chance that ASUS change their policy only for USA to compete with EVGA.
I know this news will change nothing in USA because Americans used to EVGA and they will continue to buy EVGA GPUs.
ASUS should change this and in Europe because people start to payed 30-40 euro more for EVGA because they support their plans to use waterblocks on GPU. ASUS, MSI, GIGABYTE have stickers, labels on important screws, my Poseidon as well and there is a big chance that If I decide to use full cover waterblock I will not have warranty any more.  
 
I told and on their site, if this is case in future I need to pay attention and if need I will pay up to 50 euro more for same model to company who allow me to install full cover waterblock. Bunch of people jump on Strix with idea that ASUS allow them to change waterblock, what if their policy is only for USA, ASUS USA.
On my Poseidon one small circled label is on one of 4 main screws on near graphic processor, chip, but on different models are on different places.
 
You see him, it's impossible to remove him and back him on place. He is installed with intention to people never clean GPU and never replace thermal paste or cooler. That's bad. Very bad, because we enjoy in such stuff and we would pay if need to do that every month, we would like to thermal paste need replacement every 3 months, at least some of us.

I found a good DP adapter and now more or less it’s working my gpu
