I am fairly new to keycaps and cleaning them.
But I did everything I was supposed to and was mostly able to clean 5 keys but then 3 were just instantly broken and stuck inside the caps.
I don't know what I did wrong or what to do now.

**pictures were removed for some reason**
The + of the switch is broken and stuck inside the key caps.

I would contact EVGA since it does say that it uses Cherry MX style keycaps on the page but it also says it's a membrane keyboard which I am not really used to removing for cleaning.
