When i launch "some" games, my monitor restart, as you can see.
Have no problem what so ever with my old computer.

When I start the game, the game starts, my main screen goes to sleep, all the arrangement is messed up, because suddenly the 2nd pass first and vice versa. Finally the first starts (it lasts 2-3 seconds) but suddenly I literally all my windows that have shifted to the first screen. ( it start on the good screen but after 2-3 sec black essentially all my apps ( google/spotify/etc ) moves to 1st monitor )

Have you tried to disable full screen optimizations on the games that give you issues?
 

To make your link show up on the forum simply put spaces in your link. Does this issue occur over hdmi & display port? Does the issue occur over multiple graphics drivers?

So same problem with the 419.17

Display port. I'm playing on the 417.71 cause i don't have any crash with it for Apex.
Have this problem with this patch driver on Spellbreak/Anthem.
I can try the last, but Apex will crash everytime :/
 
 
 

So the issue does not occur over hdmi?

Have you tested on All the Ports on the Monitor and on the Graphics Card?
Have you turned off all Power Saving Settings on the Computer?
Did you Disable any Sleep Mode Setting on your USB Ports?
Also maybe it happens when you Move your Mouse?
Have you Removed the NVIDIA Drivers and Run DDU in Safe Mode and then Install only the Graphics Driver and PhysX Driver?
Set your Motherboard Back to Auto on the CPU and Memory that is do not Overclock your CPU or Memory.
I am running Driver 417.01 and not having any issues with Apex.
Also you can post links after you have 11 or more Posts.

How do i turn off my power saving settings ? In Device Manager for the USB Ports
Power Management under Power Options set to High Performance

Hello, can't be bad cables, have no problem with my previous computer ( i tried a couple of times ) 
 
I have power management mode on : Optimal Power.
I don't know for HDMI, i want to be on 144 hz so i have to use DP.
 

I understand, but it still wouldn't hurt to test with hdmi just to see. Does the issue happen with freesync disabled?

Must just be a monitor issue.

If your monitor worked fine with an older pc then I would say it's a compatibility issue with the rtx cards. It could even be graphics driver related.

Glad to hear the problem isn't occurring over hdmi. Might want to pickup a vesa certified display port cable to see if that will solve the issue on the display ports.
